The firm exists to make that capability available to clients in the European defence, dual-use, and critical infrastructure markets — at a level of seniority and depth that is otherwise locked inside those institutions or the large defence primes.
It is German-based and operates on European and allied-market mandates only.

A conventional consultancy is structurally required to bill. Taskforce is not. That single difference defines almost everything else about how the firm operates.

Taskforce operates across Germany, Switzerland, and the broader European market.
Engagements in the United States, Israel, the Gulf states, and Southeast Asia are accepted selectively, subject to applicable export control regulation.
We do not accept engagements that would require delivery of capability to sanctioned entities or states. Compliance with EU, US, and UN export control frameworks is non-negotiable.
